Who We Are

The Hollywood Toi Foundation was founded following the 2014 Arabian Youth National Championships in honor of the Half-Arabian equitation horse, PAF Hollywood Toi (2003-2014). The Foundation is co-chaired by Jenny Lau and Emme Moore, who were both fortunate enough to be a part of Hollywood's show career. Just as he changed their lives when he entered them, he changed their lives when he left during the H/A Saddle Seat Equitation Championship class at Youth Nationals. Following Hollywood's accident, the industry came together in a way that was truly inspiring. The girls wanted to find a way to give back to the wonderful Arabian horse community and honor Hollywood in the most deserving way possible. They found it through establishing The Hollywood Toi Foundation. The Foundation serves as an umbrella for many equine-related causes, such as encouraging sportsmanship and supporting industry growth.

During the wake of Hollywood's loss, the girls were quickly reminded how lucky they are to be involved in such an incredible community. From close friends to complete strangers, the support and condolences poured in earnestly from all corners of the industry. It felt like a true honor to be a part of such an wonderful support system. They hope to honor those that display these remarkable attributes throughout the sport by encouraging sportsmanship through projects such as the Hollywood Toi educational scholarships.

One of the Foundation's priorities is to continue growing its Youth National Sponsorship program, which awards sponsorships of $2,000 each to deserving youth riders to show at Nationals. The Foundation believes that youth riders are the future of the Arabian horse industry, and creating the opportunity for more youth riders to compete will in turn create more opportunity, growth, and engagement for the industry as a whole.
